Many people in the community have shared experiences with bone pain from anastrozole and have found different timing strategies helpful, though responses to Prolia can vary from person to person. It would be great to hear from others who have used both medications together - their experiences might provide valuable insights as you navigate this treatment combination.

6 months agoHi Deloris. I’ve been on the anastrozole for about 2 years. I had headaches also and found getting enough sleep helps and walking and moving around. I am going to try to take the pill this Monday at about 7pm. I have switched about 4 times. I know a woman with Her 2 triple positive that was on the pill and gave up taking it and now her cancer is back. I hope they come up with another pill that doesn’t have so many side effects but I want to keep fighting this cancer so I roll with the punches. God Bless You and have a Nice Holiday.
