a month agoHi, everyone. I’ve had this app for awhile just haven’t written anything. I was operated on November 28 , 2024. I just had a small lump. They also removed lymph nodes but it had not spread. I did radiation for about a month. Then I started the 5 year pill. I’m supposed to get another mammogram this week but been sick so I might change it. I’ve had one mammogram since surgery, only side that was operated on. This time will be both sides. It’s been over a year, still sore hope goes away soon. Any one wants to talk I also have facebook under Marzullo in chambersburg pa. Take care everyone.. I hope everyone is doing well.

a month agoRecovery timelines vary greatly from person to person, and it's completely normal for soreness to persist well into the second year after surgery, especially when lymph nodes were involved. Many community members find that gentle movement, staying connected with their care team about ongoing discomfort, and patience with the healing process can be helpful during this time.
