These side effects sound really challenging and it's understandable that they're affecting your ability to work. Hormonal medications can sometimes cause fatigue and headaches, and it's important to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider who can evaluate whether adjustments to your treatment plan might help. The community here has lots of experience with medication side effects, so hopefully others will share what has worked for them in managing similar challenges.

Do you have palliative care? If not... Advocate for yourself.... And ask for palliative care... Then tell them... That you were having severe fatigue..... They will prescribe you something that will keep you more awake and active. Just for reference.... I have been taking Ritalin for the last year... I am no longer in bed all the time! 😉

Make yourself heard. I had some problems with fatigue, pain, nausea... I asked my familly doctor to get blood work and tests done... severe sleep apnea and Hashimoto! I started treatment almost 2 months ago and started working again progressively... I feel better a little everyday. Dont keep your voice down, someone will hear you! Sending Light S.

Talk to your medical oncologist. That’s what they are there for. They prescribe and adjust to help you adjust
