Im having the same problem. Its really cold and dry here in Kansas so I have been using a humidifier but it isn't helping much.

Nosebleeds and dryness can be a challenging side effect during treatment. Many people in the community have found success with gentle nasal moisturizers, using a humidifier at night, or applying a small amount of petroleum jelly inside the nostrils - though it's always best to check with your care team about what options might work best for your specific situation.

I am using Ayr brand nasal aloe gel for inside the nose to help with the nosebleed issue along with saline. I find the aloe gel works well to moisturize my nose

I had this with my taxol treatments. I used saline, aquaphor right in the inside of my nasal passages, and a humidifier in my room. It helped some. A month out of treatment I’m still having irritated nasal passages!
