Treatment decisions for HER2+ breast cancer that is hormone receptor negative can be quite different from hormone receptor positive cases, and this is definitely something to discuss thoroughly with your oncology team. Many others in this community have navigated similar questions about treatment plans after mastectomy, and sharing experiences here can provide valuable support and insights as you work with your doctors to determine the best path forward.
