10 months agoIf you are her2 positive but er and pr negative and post menopausal do you still take anastrozole? I had mastectomy .

Treatment decisions for HER2+ breast cancer that is hormone receptor negative can be quite different from hormone receptor positive cases, and this is definitely something to discuss thoroughly with your oncology team. 4 months agoI’m on the same .. recovering from double mastectomy with two lymph nodes , still awaiting for pathology reports .

4 months agoI had a lumpectomy and dont take anastrozole just herceptin and paclitaxel for 12 weekly dose the herceptin for a total year. No lymph nodes involved
