Has anyone taken Nerlynx. I asked my doctor about it and she said they don’t use that. I gave Her 2 triple positive breast cancer stage one. Had chemo and radiation and now take anastrozole. Does anyone know if you take Nerlynx do you still take anastrozole at the same time. Nerlynx is taken for a year. After finishing Nerlynx do you go back taken Anastrozole for the remainder of the duration prescribed for you which my doctor says take for 10 years

I take anastrazole, and am now on nerlynx for a year additionally. It seems pretty tough, but praying for it to get better. Anyone else experiencing mood swings, and fatigue much?
