What free resources are available to help women going through cancer treatment?

For any woman fighting cancer - I put together something free that might help. I’m Kelly, a breast cancer survivor, and during my own journey I remember feeling completely overwhelmed — not knowing what I needed for chemo, surgery, cold capping, drains, radiation, or even how to ask for help. That experience led me to build something I wish I had. I’m launching a completely free resource on December 13th called Re-Femme. It’s for any woman going through any type of cancer. It includes: • A curated cancer-care registry with items needed for each stage of treatment • cold capping and wig fund options you can add to your registry to send to friends and family who want to contribute. • Practical guides on cold capping, drain care, insurance codes, and coping with side effects • Emotional support tools and survivor-led tips • A way for loved ones to know exactly how to support someone going through treatment. You can add items or gift cards to your Re-Femme registry and easily share it with friends and family who want to support you! If you are a woman fighting cancer or know a woman who is, here’s the link to join and be notified the minute we go live! www.joinrefemme.com My only goal is to make the journey less overwhelming for other women. Sending love to everyone fighting, supporting, or healing. 💗

What a thoughtful initiative to help women navigate the practical challenges of cancer treatment. Resources like registries, treatment guides, and emotional support tools can make such a difference when everything feels overwhelming. The focus on helping loved ones understand how to provide meaningful support is especially valuable, as many people want to help but aren't sure what's most needed. This type of peer-to-peer resource sharing within the cancer community helps fill important gaps in practical guidance that patients often face during their journey.
