What side effects should I expect with Kadcyla and letrozole?

My oncologist is holding off everything until I get finished with kadcyla. She doesn’t want me to get double side effects and also wants to know which drug is causing me the most problems so she can adjust dosage if needed. Sorry I was not any help. I did chemo, chemo, lumpectomy and now radiation due to lymph nodes. Kadcyla was suspended until radiation is over.. she is very cautious with treatment for me and management of my side effects. I had Kadcyla and had no noticeable side effects. Though I have metastatic breast cancer, I now have no evidence of disease. I was diagnosed in May of 2019.
