7 hours agoI was recently diagnosed with Stage II, HER2-positive, hormone-positive breast cancer. My care team has outlined a comprehensive treatment plan that includes chemotherapy with targeted therapy before surgery to shrink the tumor, followed by surgery, and then additional treatments afterward to reduce the risk of recurrence. I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the steps ahead and would love to connect with others who have been through something similar. Your experiences and insights would mean so much to me right now. • What was your experience like going through this type of treatment sequence? • What helped you prepare mentally and physically for each phase of treatment?

2 hours agoFeeling overwhelmed when facing a HER2-positive breast cancer treatment plan is a natural reaction, and reaching out to the HER2+ community is a caring step toward finding support. Members often share coping ideas like taking each phase one at a time, leaning on loved ones, and asking the care team about emotional support resources, so more stories and tips may come in from others who have walked a similar path. Sharing what feels hardest right now can also help others offer more focused encouragement.
