2 months agoI am on letrozole for a year. My Joint pain and back pain Is horrible. I was approved for thc. I take drops at night. It puts me to sleep but I don’t stay asleep. They stopped by anti-inflammatory which has made things worse. I am taking turmeric but have not seen any change. Any suggestions?

2 months agoManaging joint pain while on letrozole can be really challenging, especially when anti-inflammatory options become limited. Many people in this community have found success with gentle exercise like swimming or yoga, physical therapy, heat therapy, and discussing alternative pain management approaches with their oncology team. Consider reaching out to your healthcare provider about other pain management options that might work alongside your current treatment plan - there may be alternatives they can suggest that are safe with letrozole.

a month agoAfter a two-week break from Letrozole (oncologist prescribed) I am starting Exemestane to see if the joint and back pain is any better. If not, I’ll try Tamoxifin. Gabapentin helps me sleep at night.
