How to manage joint pain from letrozole when anti-inflammatories stopped?

Managing joint pain while on letrozole can be really challenging, especially when anti-inflammatory options become limited. Consider reaching out to your healthcare provider about other pain management options that might work alongside your current treatment plan - there may be alternatives they can suggest that are safe with letrozole.

After a two-week break from Letrozole (oncologist prescribed) I am starting Exemestane to see if the joint and back pain is any better. If not, I’ll try Tamoxifin. Gabapentin helps me sleep at night.

Each person may react differently to Aromatase inhibitors. I had a lot of joint and muscle pain with anastrozole, but doing much better on letrozole. For some of us, just changing the AI helps-
