How to manage joint pain from letrozole when anti-inflammatories stopped?

I am on letrozole for a year. My Joint pain and back pain Is horrible. I was approved for thc. I take drops at night. It puts me to sleep but I don’t stay asleep. They stopped by anti-inflammatory which has made things worse. I am taking turmeric but have not seen any change. Any suggestions?
