a year agoAnyone else struggling with energy levels in social situations? I Used to be an extrovert Finding energy for social situations is so hard now… when I do participate in social situations, it’s so draining and takes so much energy Anyone else?

7 months agoI think the med really zap our energy. I have found exercise helps, but only so much. Last month, my husband complained to the oncologist that I was always tired. The Dr looked at him and said these meds can be hard. Sometimes will she will be more tired than others. It is part of the disease.

7 months agoI have never been very social anyway, but since my cancer and even a little before, I don't even attend family get togethers.

7 months agoSo wiped out. Not certain being alive, and therefore no more therapy.

7 months agoI’m not sure if the loss of estrogen caused that but it got way worse on AI and I stopped them. Still have depression and social anxiety

7 months agoI’m the same way. I go to work and come home. I’m not even interested in social situations at the moment. I worry about getting sick since cold and flu season is upon us.
