CDK 4/6 inhibitors are an important treatment option for HR+ HER2- breast cancer, and it's completely natural to have questions about how they work and what to expect. This resource looks like a great starting point for understanding these medications - feel free to share any specific questions that come up after reading through it, as the community here has valuable experience and insights to offer.

6 months agoJeanne H I've been on Anastrazole for about 2 1/2 years now after having bilateral mastectomy and was on Ibrance 125 mg and then lowered dosage to 100 mg due to side effects. I did not have any radiation. My Oncologist recently switched me to Kisqali 600mg and then lowered dosage to 400 mg. So I'm on my 3rd treatment of Kisqali now. I did experience fatigue, headaches, nausea and lots of hair thinning but since my dosage was change it's not as bad now. I wish you the best with your treatments.
