i have been on it for just over a year. switched from anestrole. i get fatigued now and then, and joints get a little stiff but i can live with it. if u go online search for foods to eat & avoid during armostane inhibitor treatment it may help. I discovered b6 was not to be taken & I stopped it immediately. It is informative so it msy help with issues.
