High Onco Score Hi all. I have an ONCO score of 56, has anyone else experienced this very high score? It freaks me out and hoping for some positive reassurance!

An Oncotype DX score of 56 indicates a higher risk for cancer recurrence, which understandably feels overwhelming and scary to receive. Many others in this community have navigated similar high scores and found hope through connecting with their oncology team about personalized treatment options that can significantly reduce recurrence risk.

Hi Mariah. I also had a high score - 63. I responded well to chemo, but did experience a recurrence after about 9 months of NED (no evidence of disease) status. I am dealing with the recurrence now.

I’m a stage 2B IDC, ER+/PR+, HER2-, hoping I get into the SURMOUNT clinical trial so maybe I can kill off the DTCs and not get a recurrence! I’m hoping this time around your treatment goes well and you get back to NED quickly! How did they catch the recurrence? Are you doing signatera?

The caught the recurrence in a PETscan. I have them every 3 months.
