Has anyone tried DHEA or testosterone for vaginal dryness with ER+ cancer?

This is such an important question about managing treatment side effects, and it's completely understandable to feel confused with all the different options and considerations. Many people in the HR+ HER2- community have navigated similar concerns about vaginal dryness and hormone-related treatments, so hopefully others here can share their experiences and what discussions they've had with their oncology teams about these options.

I am planning to have a conversation about this with the menopause clinic at my care center. I am also ER+ HER2-, post lumpectomy, chemo, and now going thru radiation. Next up is AI for 5 years, not looking forward to that. There is a lot of conversation right now around this. I would advise that you find a practitioner who is a member of The Menopause Society, they are keeping their membership up to date on vaginal estrogen esp for those of us with hormone positive BC.
