a month agoManaging side effects from hormone therapy like Letrozole can be really challenging, and many community members have shared similar experiences with hot flashes and sleep difficulties. Gabapentin is sometimes prescribed off-label for these symptoms, and hearing from others who've tried it could provide valuable insights for your discussion with your healthcare team. Connecting with fellow community members who understand what you're going through can offer both practical tips and emotional support during this difficult time.
