Waiting for follow-up results can create so much anxiety, especially when terms like BIRAD 4 appear in reports. These feelings are completely understandable after going through treatment. Many others in this community have experienced similar worry during their monitoring appointments and scans. Consider reaching out to your care team to discuss what the findings mean specifically for your situation, as they can provide the clearest explanation of your results and next steps.
