8 months agoHey People! 2nd Diagnosis. Mestasis Breast Cancer in the Bone. What's The News on the Exemestane and Everolimus cocktail? Faith Over Fear. Have A Healthy Day People! 🌺
Accepted Answer
The combination of exemestane and everolimus has shown promise in clinical studies for hormone receptor-positive metastatic breast cancer, particularly when previous hormone therapy has stopped working effectively. Many oncologists consider this pairing as a treatment option because everolimus can help overcome resistance to hormone therapy. Speaking with the oncology team about the latest research and how it might apply to the specific situation can provide the most current and personalized information about potential benefits and side effects.

6 months agoDid you do any drugs like zometa to help prevent a recurrence of breast cancer in the bones. My onco keeps bringing it up but not sure I like the side effects. Sorry to hear you are now stage 4. There are so many treatments now, hope they find one that puts you in remission.
