4 months agoOn day 16 of my first Chemotherapy I started having ear ringing in one of my ears. Has anyone experienced this and How long does this take to go away?
Accepted Answer
Ear ringing can be a concerning side effect that some people experience during chemotherapy treatment, and it's understandable to want to know more about what to expect. While experiences vary from person to person, many community members have shared similar concerns and found it helpful to discuss these symptoms with their healthcare team to ensure proper monitoring and support throughout treatment.

2 months agoYes I every time I go through radiation I get ringing of the ear. Over 10 years I have had radiation 4 times. The first time it went away after about 4months after radiation. Then 5 years later cancer showed up in my sacrum and it was radiated. The ringing in my left ear came back and never left. Then the last 3 years I have had radiation in my spine L-3&4 and my sits bone in my pelvis. I just finished the last radiation 2 months ago but I have a feeling it is not going away. I was taking some over the counter ear drops that helped a little bit. I meet with my radiologist in a month I think I will ask him. 🙏
