Is frequent urination a side effect of Letrozole treatment?

I didn’t have frequent urination. I was on Verzenio too and had to stop. It’s just so strong, so many side effects

With letrozole I had episodes of urgent need to urinate but that stopped after a month or so. Continue to be fatigued, muscle and joint pain plus dizziness. I am also on ribociclib (kisqali) so not sure which drug is the cause - probably both. But these side effects have eased somewhat.

Yes I pee a lot more than I drink water! Been on Letrozole and Kisali for for 2, 5 years. You get used to it all. I don't have any horrible side effects but I do have anxiety of the unknown
