18 hours agoI have advanced HER2-positive breast cancer and have been receiving trastuzumab. My doctor mentioned that Enhertu (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan) might be considered if my current treatments aren't providing the response we're hoping for. From what I understand, it combines trastuzumab with a chemotherapy agent that's delivered directly to cancer cells. I know side effects can include fatigue, nausea, and potential lung problems that need monitoring, but I've heard many patients tolerate it well with proper supervision. I'd love to connect with others who have similar diagnoses and hear about your experiences. • If you've been on Enhertu, what was your day-to-day experience like and what helped you manage any side effects? • What do you wish you had known before starting this treatment?
