a year agoAnyone else find this site hard to navigate? I get emails saying someone has responded to me but I can’t find my message or the response without scrolling thru EVERY post under EVERY heading! What am I doing wrong?

Finding your messages and responses can definitely be frustrating when you're already dealing with so much. Thank you for bringing this navigation issue to our attention - a developer will look into making this easier to use. Many community members have found success using the search function or checking their notification settings to get direct links to responses, and hopefully others can share additional tips that have worked for them.

7 months ago@sue Thanks for bringing this up - this is not how the app is supposed to work: You should get a notification on your phone when you receive a reply and clicking on that notification should bring you directly to the post. I will ask a member from our team to reach out to you to troubleshoot. If/when you experience any issues, please email use a support at outcomes4me dot com so we can help resolve any problems with the app.

7 months agoI have been having the same problem. I think it has only taking me directly to the comment from the notification once. I end up wasting time looking for it.

7 months agoJust hit the home button and then the little bell shape in right upper corner. That will show you what had a response. It you tap the greyed thread it will take you there

7 months agoYes I’m not able to see when someone replies to anything I post here.

7 months ago@Betty @peggy Can you check if you have notifications turned on by going to the Home Screen and then in upper right tap on the bell icon. If yes, do you see your reply notification on this screen and can you tap on it? If this does not work then I’ll ask our support team to contact you for further troubleshooting. Thanks for letting us know!

7 months agoI did hit the home button and then the little bell and it didn’t work, it didn’t take me to the responses, I still haven’t seen them. So if you’re speaking to me I can’t see it.

7 months agoAbsolutely abismal. Lots of important information to share here but unnavigable.... The people who created it obviously don't use it or any social media to any capacity to understand how people want information.... To find information or to track information. They requested input but all they have to do is read The complaints to hear what people want. It's 2024.... Let me Google that for you.

7 months agoYes, the same for me as well, but I thought it was me doing something wrong .

7 months agoYes, from the beginning! I haven’t been able to retrieve one. It is hard to navigate. Also would like to edit meds to be able to go back and correct date and times. I only return to read or I should say re read everything but still can’t get to any of my responses from others. For that I apologize to them. I am not tech savvy. This is a great idea but they need to look into making it easier to connect back and respond to messages. It’s not working at all. I hit the bell and it always says error cannot load

7 months ago@Jody @Deanna @Pamela this is how the app works: If you have notifications turned on, then tap on a notification will take you directly to the conversation. If you do *not* have notifications turned on, you will receive an email with a link to the conversation. I will ask our support team to reach out to you individually. For other readers: If you experience issues with the app, please use the AskO4M to contact our team so they can investigate and resolve the issues you have with notifications.
