2 years agoFor the people on AI’s who are also experiencing hair loss. Did you have chemo? Did you lose all of your hair during chemo? Did any of you also use a dignicap? Interested to know more.

Hair loss experiences during treatment can vary so much from person to person, and it's helpful to hear from others who have been through similar journeys. Many community members have shared their experiences with chemotherapy-related hair loss and cooling caps, so hopefully others will chime in with their stories to give you a better sense of what to expect.

6 months agoI did not have chemo. I started anastrozole four weeks after five radiation treatments , April 12 to be exact. So the hair started getting thinner and I’m shedding lots of it now, on the third month😩

6 months agoIn 2015, after surgery, radiation, and starting als . I had a lot of hair thinning. I think it was my bodies response to everything. It eventually came back. When I had my recurrence and started on aromatase inhibitors , I did not have hair thinning.

6 months agoI did have chemo and lost all my hair. My hair grew back thicker, but 3 months after starting verzenio along with anastrozole my hair has been falling out in clumps everyday. I’m not bald but it hasn’t grown any longer than neck and is very thin.

6 months agoI'm just shaving it off. Seriously I am... I wore a buzz cut so for me it's no big deal...but for those of you who have lush long locks ...I feel for you...
