I have been on Verzino approximately 13 months. Diarrhea and fatigue have been a real bear at times. Started with 150 mg twice a day but had to go to 100 mg twice a day due to fatigue. Two days ago I had to drop to 50 mg twice a day due to diarrhea. I will start that dosage on Monday September 2. Hoping I can return to 100 mg twice a day. In my opinion the benefits outweigh the side effects. Yes even having the diarrhea. I wish you the very best to you on your journey.

Does Imodium make diarrhea tolerable? Does fatigue get better with time? Was white blood cells count okay with it. Thank you for sharing your experience of 13 months.

It does make it tolerable. I have not noticed much of a change to the fatigue. White cells pretty much stay to the last w side.
