2 years agoI had bilateral mastectomy almost a year ago. Have been on trastuzumab (herseptin) every 3 weeks for infusion therapy for her2+. My nose never stops running. Anyone else on this medication with similar side effects?
Accepted Answer
Runny nose can be an unexpected side effect that some patients experience with various cancer treatments. It's thoughtful to reach out and ask others about their experiences, as fellow patients often have valuable insights about managing side effects. Consider mentioning this symptom to your healthcare team during your next appointment, as they can best assess whether it's related to your treatment and suggest appropriate management strategies.

6 months agoYes! I have been on Perjeta & Herceptin since December and one of my side effects is a runny nose. It gets worse when I am outside or in bright lights

6 months agoSame thing happened to me while on the traz ! I was on it for one year. I’m happy to report that my nose eventually did stop running after treatment was complete.
