Hi Lori just checking in to see how you are doing. I will have to wait at least 6 months to pursue my diep flap procedure due to other priorities health wise. Hope things are going well for you.

I am doing very well. The recovery has been much easier than I anticipated. I have had almost zero pain (never used anything stronger than Tylenol) All my incisions are healing nicely. The flap looks wonderful. It's really hard teaching myself to be a lefty but I'm lucky that I only had 1 breast that needed "replacing" and I get to use my left arm. Thanks for thinking of me. I hope your health challenges get resolved and you can continue your journey.
