2 years agoAfter surgery my results said my cancer spread to one lymph node and my oncotype score is 16. I believe my oncologist will not recommend chemo but I am worried that I need it. Thoughts?

It's completely natural to feel uncertain about treatment decisions, especially when facing questions about chemotherapy. The decision about additional treatment after surgery involves many factors that oncologists carefully consider, including test results and individual circumstances. Having open conversations with your medical team about your concerns and asking about the reasoning behind their recommendations can help provide clarity and peace of mind during this process.
