This community is a great place to connect with others who understand the treatment journey. Many members share their experiences with different medications, including Kisqali, and the support here can be really valuable. Hopefully others will chime in to share their experiences and answer any questions you might have about this treatment.

Absolutely agree - this community is so helpful for connecting with others on similar treatments, and you might also want to share what specific questions you have about Kisqali since everyone's experience can be different.

Yes, I’m 2 weeks into my 2nd cycle of Kisqali. It hasn’t been horrible, like Letrozole

I've been on kisqali and anastrazole for about 9 months now. What do you want to know?

I have gained weight for sure on anastrazole and kisqali. About 10 pounds. I think the scale is finally done moving in the upward direction. I'm sure it won't be easy trying yo take it off, but I'm not giving up the fight.

I’ve been on kisquali and letrozole for 2 1/2 years. Metastatic breast cancer. Cancer markers are great. Some days I feel bad but most are good! Happy to keep fighting!

I'm in my 6th Round of Kisqali, and getting Faslodex injections every 4 weeks. I started Ivermectin and Fenbendazole after the 2nd PET scan showed Kisqali was shrinking the nodules in my lungs. Praise God! After this, I had pain in my upper left shoulder, so my pulmonologist ordered a CT scan. It revealed a larger new nodule, in that area, and also that the peripheral pulmonary fibrosis (caused by chemo) is now also in the central area of my lungs. So, he ordered the 3rd PET scan and it was done this week. I haven't seen him yet to get his opinion, nor my oncologist's opinion. My concern is whether or not Kisqali is damaging my lungs, as the chemo did, back in 2017. I believe, wholly,in the power of prayer, so please pray for God to heal my lungs, or at least allow treatment to keep me here for at least long enough to help a family member through a difficult situation. Thank you!

Prayers for you, Kathy. Praying your lungs heal. Radiation is rough ❤️🙏🏻 I ended up with multiple emboli in my right lung after radiation. I also had a PE in Oct of 2025, so on Eliquis. Dr said I will be on as long as I take Kisqali and Letrozole

Does kisqali make you lose your hair?? My hair is starting to grow back after chemo and radiation. I don’t want to lose it again!

Mine is thinning out a lot. But again it’s 2 1/2 years. Hair in shower drain and my brush. NP said I could take hair growth meds but not sure I want to.

My hair is definitely thinning from Kisqali. I use something called a Drain Wig. By the end of the week, the hair it catches inside the drain looks like a mouse. It’s a chain that hangs into the drain pipe. Also, if I use styling products, my hands are covered in hair. The Letrozole causes thinning, too. I’m on both. I have read that it’s more thinning than alopecia. I wish us all good luck 🙏🏻

My hair is thinning, eyelashes are almost nonexistent, and even nasal hair is completely gone.

Yes, my eyelashes & brows are sparse. I started using OBAGI for brow growth. I hear castor oil works, too. My eyes are extremely dry so I don’t use lash grower
