9 months agoHello everyone has anyone stopped radiation because of bad burns ? Idt I can do the last 10 treatments
Accepted Answer
Radiation burns can be incredibly challenging to endure, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed by the discomfort. This situation definitely warrants an immediate conversation with your radiation oncology team, as they can assess the severity of the burns and discuss potential options like treatment breaks, skin care modifications, or adjustments to help you complete your course safely and more comfortably.

6 months agoThey won't make you continue.. I was only scheduled for 5 treatments. When I went in for the next treatment they decided it was time to stop.

6 months agoI did 30 treatments and my burns were pretty bad. I often regret not stopping them when it became painfully burnt . Talk to your doctor
