5 months agoHello I’m Vanessa and I’m a stage 4 breast cancer survivor. I’m on physical therapy it metastasized to the bones it caused me compression fractures in my spine and also I had three surgeries replacement shoulder, hip and ovaries removed. So my activity movement has to be very balanced. I’m not supposed to stay in bed but I can be all over the place I’m trying to lose weight I just started menopause anyone have tips on how to lose a few pounds? Thank you god bless.

5 months agoHi Vanessa. I love to eat and recently lost more than 60 pounds by limiting my carbs and sugar. I began a moderate fKeto plan and avoided red meat and full fat dairy Weight watchers. Has some excellent plans. Look for the diabetic one even if you are not diabetic because. When you have cancer. You have to radically limit sugar. Sending you love and prayers.

a month agoI really benefit from low carb protein drinks. Eat lean meat,no bread or sweets. Green vegetables, not too much fruit except berries. Some sitting exercises with light weights. Short ,frequent walks. Go to a nutritionist too
