10 months agoI have breast cancer in one breast and I got chemo for 6hrs per month. But it got me very sick and diarrhea. I did it for 3months. And for the 4th it suppose to be my last but the dr change it to 1x a week for 6 weeks due to my chemo been strong. So he change it to 3to 4hrs per week so it's less. I just can't wait till I'm done so I could have the surgery of a mastectomy. This chemo is so upsetting. And I'm feeling even more sad for when surgery comes.

The treatment journey sounds incredibly challenging right now, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed by both the physical effects and the emotions surrounding upcoming surgery. Many people in this community have found that breaking down the process into smaller steps - like focusing on completing each week of the modified treatment schedule - can help make things feel more manageable. The feelings about surgery are also very common, and connecting with others here who have been through similar experiences might provide some comfort and practical insights during this difficult time.
