a year agoI’ve had a lumpectomy and I’m supposed to start estrogen blocker and radiation, I’m 71, but meanwhile is there any chance my daily nausea can be caused by my cancer?
Accepted Answer
Daily nausea can have various causes, and it's completely understandable to wonder about the connection to your recent diagnosis and upcoming treatments. While nausea can sometimes be related to cancer or treatments, there are many other potential causes that your medical team would be best positioned to evaluate. Bringing this concern to your doctor before starting your estrogen blocker and radiation is a wise step, as they can properly assess your symptoms and help address them so you're more comfortable during your treatment journey.

6 months agoThat’s a tough one. I had glitchy digestion prior to radiation and radiation just amplified it all. Luckily it did settle down but took about 3 months. I didn’t start estrogen blockers until digestion started to settle down.
