Anyone have extreme dry eye / constant eye watering, drippy nose, and tooth sensitivity? Taking Verzenio and Letrozole for 5 months. Reading posts about dialing the Letrozole dose back a tad for joint pain (also a problem). I’ve resorted to wearing wind blocking glasses all waking hours. It’s become the most annoying side effect.

These side effects sound incredibly frustrating to deal with on top of everything else you're managing. Many patients taking these medications report similar experiences with dry eyes, nasal symptoms, and tooth sensitivity, so you're definitely not alone in this. It's great that you've found a practical solution with the wind-blocking glasses, and discussing dosage adjustments with your oncology team could be a helpful next step for managing these bothersome effects.

Yes! Eye watering, drippy nose, dry mouth. My eye watering usually only lasts a couple hours in the morning . The drippy nose is constant. My dentist gave me a script for a special toothpaste to help with dry mouth. It kinda helps.

I had this (still have) during and following my chemo cocktail of Taxotere, Carboplatin, Perjeta and Herceptin. If I am up and walking around I have a tissue in my hand or I leave a trail of tears followed by a dripping nose. Mild sensitivity with teeth
