The 5-year hormone therapy pill is an important part of treatment for many breast cancer patients, and it's completely normal to want to learn more about what to expect. While everyone's experience can be different, connecting with others in this community who have been through similar treatments can provide valuable insights and support. Consider discussing any specific concerns with your healthcare team, as they know your individual situation best and can provide personalized guidance about managing side effects or what to watch for during your treatment journey.

I have been on Letrozole for 5 months. I have very painful back and hip pain along with other joints. I have hit flashes as well. Will be asking my oncologist for options or help.
