Blood in stool during chemotherapy can understandably cause worry, and it's important to contact the oncology team right away to discuss these symptoms. While there can be various reasons for bleeding during treatment, the medical team will be able to properly evaluate what's happening and provide appropriate guidance. The fear and concern being expressed here is completely natural - reaching out to other community members who may have experienced similar situations during their treatment journey can provide valuable support during this challenging time.
