How to manage appetite loss and dizziness during cancer treatment?

Appetite comes and goes. Today I had a big sandwich because I hadn't eaten much in two days and have been dizzy for three days. On Lonsurf and have low red, white counts and low ANC. Wife asks if there is something I can take for it. Im like "there's something I could not take" but that would shorten the trip. Anyway, just venting. Keep up the fight.

Has anyone dealt with a growing lymph node after 3 years cancer-free?

New on here as of an hour ago. Stage3 back in 2022, 3 years clean after 6 mos of Oxaliplatin, Xeloda and surgeries. Now I have one lymph node next to my aorta that has been slowly increasing size for 4 months. I'm back on Xeloda which isn’t having much of an effect. Looks like Folferi may be in my future for a cancer that can't be biopsied or removed, or positively declared. Everything else is good

having to go back in for massively serious surgery I think they call a protect me. I don't know what it is but they're basically gonna lose. Remove everything: butt hole you know everything everything tumors oh Lord… One to two weeks in the hospital and six months recuperation at home be nice more in care, but I can't afford it more for me right now is the pain I hate painkillers, but the pain is worse.
