What are the side effects of Tucatinib for HER2+ cancer?

2 months agoMy husband has stage 4 HER2+ colorectal cancer diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago. He has just finished the Enhertu protocol as the tumors have stopped responding. He is to start the next level drugs, an infusion every 3 weeks and a daily pill, Tucatinib. Has anyone on here gone through that treatment and what were your side effects? Are they worse then the Enhertu? Thank you.
