2 months agoStarted treatment last week with first round of 2 chemotherapy drugs and Katrina immunotherapy. So far fatigue and insomnia are the issues. On Friday night I did sleep for a total of 9 hours snd felt really good Saturday. If I could sleep good I believe it would make a difference!

Sleep challenges are incredibly common during cancer treatment, and it sounds like you've already discovered an important connection between good rest and how you feel overall. Many patients find that treatment-related fatigue and sleep disruption can create a difficult cycle, but there are strategies that can help, such as maintaining consistent sleep schedules, creating a calming bedtime routine, and discussing sleep aids with your care team if needed. Have others in the community found specific approaches that worked well for managing these side effects during their treatment?
