How to manage fatigue and insomnia during chemo and immunotherapy?

Started treatment last week with first round of 2 chemotherapy drugs and Katrina immunotherapy. So far fatigue and insomnia are the issues. On Friday night I did sleep for a total of 9 hours snd felt really good Saturday. If I could sleep good I believe it would make a difference!
