Preparing for surgery after completing chemotherapy is an important step in your treatment journey. Many patients find it helpful to focus on getting adequate rest, maintaining good nutrition as much as possible, and following any pre-operative instructions from your surgical team. Consider reaching out to others in this community who have been through similar experiences - their insights about what to expect and practical preparation tips can be incredibly valuable during this time.

2 months agoHang in there Charlyne!! I too have stage 3C. Had 4 rounds, surgery, then 2 more rounds. I was able to ring the bell last week. Very exciting. Surgery recovery wasn’t as bad as I thought they’d be. The scar is pretty darn big, but you’ll get the staples out day 12, I think. Once they are out, it’s all downhill from there. You will do great!! There’s a lot of support on this site. You’ve got this 😊
