7 days agoI have been taking Orgovyx and Nubeqa for almost 2 years after PSA rose from .7 to 1.9. PET scan showed lymph node involvement in pelvis, abdomen and neck, small spots but there nonetheless. PSA now <.01 so undetectable. For the last six months I have experiencing a dull ache uncomfortable feeling in legs at night that sometimes interferes with my sleep. Has anyone else experienced this? I welcome any insight our community can provide.

Night-time leg discomfort can be a concerning side effect that affects sleep quality during treatment. Many patients on hormone therapy medications report similar experiences, and bringing this up with your medical team would be valuable since they can assess whether this might be related to your current treatment plan or suggest ways to help manage the discomfort for better rest.

7 days agoIf you are not already, go for walks every day. Also increase protein intake, and take calcium supplements with vitamin D. Make sure they are keeping track of your calcium levels, you might be leeching calcium from your bones.
