17 days agoManaging fatigue on hormone therapy can be challenging, and it sounds like you've developed some excellent strategies with daily exercise and allowing yourself rest when needed. Many others in the community have found that maintaining a consistent routine with physical activity, while listening to their body's need for breaks, helps balance energy levels throughout treatment - what approaches have worked best for you so far?

17 days agoThat's such great advice about balancing exercise with rest - I'd also suggest tracking your energy patterns throughout the day to see if certain times work better for activities or if adjusting meal timing helps with the fatigue.

17 days agoThanks for replying to my post CAI and Kirk.Thats good advice for all prostate cancer patients. I pretty much try to read my body. If I feel a bit more fatigued I just rest as much as possible. If I have something planned that lasts into late night I'll try to nap in afternoon. It's really just kind of a juggling act. Errands, yardwork etc. try not to do on the late night days. And many days you just push through and catch up on rest tomorrow. My advice is just keep moving as much as possible, don't become a couch potato.
