2 months agoHow do others deal with fatigue?
Accepted Answer
Fatigue is one of the most common challenges during prostate cancer treatment, and many community members find that pacing activities, taking short rest breaks throughout the day, and gentle movement when possible can help manage energy levels. It's encouraging to see you reaching out - sharing experiences and strategies with others who understand this journey can provide valuable insights and support.

2 months agoI agree with Brian! Go for walks. At first it's hard. But it gets better and you'll actually look forward to it. And then nap if you feel like it.

2 months agoI have been lifting light weights and riding bike . Weather is getting wet and cold, so will have to figure it out. But still take short naps

2 months agoI also like riding bikes. In the winter, I switch to an exercise bike. I bought a used schwinn airdyne that works out your arms and legs. I do that a few times a week when we can't go out for walks.
