Hello I am 60 and just had Robotics surgery 2 months ago in October. Still having leakage and a dam buttox rash. And Mentally. Just got my test results today PSA was zero but my leakage is still flowing. Does anyone have anything positive for me or any help what I can do because I am going crazy

Andre, I’m on same timeline with RARP in Oct.2025. No issues on my backside. I recommend TENA brand shields and change often! They are wider and shorter - not as long as Depends and store brands, which may be moving urine back there. I feel incontinence will last at least 9 mos and I’m trying all shield brands. Maybe try Lotrimin for your rash!

I'll 2nd the Tena recommendation. I had RARP about 3 years ago and never got to the point where I was comfortable w/o a pad. A friend swears by some underwear with a built in, washable pad...

I went to PT for pelvic floor exercises(kegels) after my surgery and before radiation and ADT. I’ve been dry since about three months out of surgery. Talk to your urologist or local hospital about facilities that specialize in it in your area.
