3 days agoI have Stage IVB prostate cancer and I'm on a comprehensive hormone therapy regimen. My treatment team has me on multiple medications that work together - Relugolix (Orgovyx), Degarelix (Firmagon), Goserelin (Zoladex), Leuprolide (Lupron), and Triptorelin to reduce testosterone levels, plus Apalutamide (Erleada) to block testosterone from reaching cancer cells. My doctors explained this multi-medication approach provides maximum hormone suppression to help control disease progression. I'd love to connect with others who have similar advanced prostate cancer and hear about your treatment experiences. • If you're on a similar hormone therapy combination, what has your day-to-day experience been like? • What tips or strategies have helped you manage this type of treatment regimen?
