It's wonderful that you're managing well so far and that pain management is working for you. In the coming days, focus on gentle movement as recommended by your medical team, stay hydrated, and don't hesitate to ask for help with daily tasks while you heal. 6 months agoChelle, I had my DMX on 08/19. I never needed anything more than Tylenol for pain. I took it twice on days 2 and 3 and by day 4 I took one dose at night just to relax me enough to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy post op days were. Take naps if you need them but definitely start some movement in your legs.

6 months agoThank you and yes so far I haven't had the need to take another Tylenol since last night. I'm hoping that it'll stay the same.

6 months agoThis is awesome news I have my DMX with expanders put in on Sept 30th. Iโm so anxious and nervous. I have always had DD breast so itโs going to be hard to see nothing for a while. ๐
