Do all breast cancer hormone therapies cause weight gain?

a year agoI had surgery on December 4. Lumpectomies. I am most worried about hormone therapy, as I just recently lost 30 pounds through hard work. I don’t want to gain weight again. Do all therapies cause weight gain?
