I was diagnosed Sept 5 the this year with idc with metastasis to the left lymph nodes and idc in the right it er+ her2 + I have been put on tamoxifin already but they haven't given the shots in my overies and I still have periods I'm 46 . Should I be worried about the tamoxifin causing other problems before I've even gotten the idc dealt with
