2 years agoHi all. I was diagnosed in July with invasive lobular breast cancer, had breast biopsy, and mri, which showed disease was in the entire left breast and lymph nodes biopsy shows positive for cancer as well. It's been continuous bad news after bad news in the span of a month and pretty scary to deal with while still working full time. I just got started on tamoxifen today and getting set up for pet scan next. Any advice on nutrition, staying positive, tamoxifen side effects or next steps? Thanks in advance.

Getting overwhelming news in such a short timeframe while managing work responsibilities takes tremendous strength, and reaching out for support shows incredible courage during this challenging time. Many community members find that connecting with others who understand this journey, focusing on one step at a time, and working closely with their healthcare team helps them navigate the path ahead - hopefully others here will share their experiences with the specific topics you're asking about.

6 months agoI just got two books off of Amazon and love them. The first on is Chris Beats Cancer. The second is the cookbook called Beat Cancer Kitchen. Both by Chris Wark. So far what I read I really like. Organized and user friendly. I'm starting my shopping list now

6 months agoI heard about the books through hope4cancermexico on Instagram. Hope you get them. I think it will be quite helpful in but just being healthy but also eating nutrients that can help get rid of the cancer
